Kofu was born in 2014 in the hands of a Montserrat School student, but it was just an idea. Two years later a group of six students who now attend 1st Bacheloreat have decided to take this idea forward. Kofu is the result of creating a new system that matches to what we understand as "Social Network". Kofu allows you to find the nickname of a person by introducing their name and find their profile, and know all their names or pseudonyms on social networks . This was the initial idea on which we worked. We are proud to say that now Kofu operates with absolute certainty facing the user. What does it mean? When we started to develop Kofu we made a huge failure in the concept, there was no security or control, data was accessible to everyone and we were aware that this issue was a really bad thing. Then our team started to work on the idea development to solve all the problems that emerged and reached the ultimate solution: a user login where the user can choose which nicknames they want to make available publicly. We have developed a user tracking system that, when followed, sends a request to the user. Finally unless that user accepts you will not be able to see his information, creating an atmosphere of comfort and security easy to customize. All information entered by users is 100% customizable and secure. With this concept we intend to offer a new form of communication and unity among people. Kofu allows you to find anyone wherever, whenever and however. Future versions will carry incorporated the ability to search not only by name but by the nickname allowing contact between people who have met online. Again, this would only work if the nickname is publicly set by the user.
